At InAnnex, you can purchase item directly as well as login with your buyer’s account.

We suggest you to purchase item by creating account for item future updates & support. "Price & Cart" purchase option is the quick way to purchase an item using your account.

How can I get support for an purchased item?

After purchasing an item from InAnnex, you can see comment section on item page, there you can write your item related queries, issues and reviews or contact via forum link of each items you purchased.

Where can I download my purchased item?

If you have purchased an item with "Price & Cart" option, then you can login to your InAnnex account and open Download. From download section you can easily download your purchased item any time.

Where can I check my purchase history or order history?

If you have purchased an item with "Price & Cart" option, then you can login to your InAnnex account and open Order History. From Recent Purchased Items history section you can get order number, status and easily download your purchased item invoice from Download tab.

How do I get an invoice for my purchase?

After purchasing an item, you will get confirmation email with order link, you can also download your invoice from your InAnnex account. Login to your account and open Download tab, here you can download invoice of item you had purchased.

What are licenses and where can I learn about them?

The licenses gives you the right to use any item purchased on InAnnex in a personal or commercial project for yourself or a client, but the item cannot be resold or redistributed.
